Temporary Suspension of My Cattery – With an Eye on the Future
With a heavy heart, I have decided to temporarily suspend my cattery. This decision was not taken lightly, but is the result of several circumstances that have occurred over the past few years.
After his first fatherhood, Butcher developed a heart infection, which unfortunately meant he had to be neutered. This was a major blow, both emotionally and to my breeding plans. In addition, all the setbacks of recent years have resulted in a significant financial burden, making it impossible to continue the cattery at this time.
I have consciously chosen to let my cats now enjoy their well-deserved retirement. I do not want to rehome cats simply because they can no longer participate in the cattery. Nor do I want to keep an excessively large group of cats, so that I can continue to provide each cat with the care, attention, and love they deserve.
In the coming period, I will fully focus on obtaining my diploma as an operator of a cat boarding facility. Through this, I hope to realize my ultimate dream: a cat boarding and retirement facility that is entirely focused on the well-being of the cat, and not merely as a source of income. Just as my cattery has always been run — with heart, integrity, and respect for every animal.
I hope that in the future I will be able to recover financially, so that I am strong enough to start this boarding facility and continue building my dream.
Finally, I would like to sincerely thank all the people who have welcomed one of my kittens into their hearts and homes. It truly makes me happy to have been able to bring you joy with a new family member, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the loving care you give to my kittens. You are true “butlers” to your cats, and that brings me great joy.
